Shipping & Returns
We offer a wide variety of shipping options for our customers. Orders over $80 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada, and orders over $120 CAD qualify for free standard shipping to the US.
As of now, we are only accepting orders from Canada and US addresses due to unpredictable international deliveries caused by COVID-19. Our current designated carrier is Canada Post.
Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and preferred shipping method.
We generally pack your orders within one business day for express and priority shipping options, and 2-4 business days for standard shipping orders.
Business days are Mondays to Fridays and they do not include federally recognized holidays in Canada or weekends.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once we pack and ship your order. We urge customers to double-check their shipping information to ensure successful deliveries. We recommend shipping to a permanent address and we will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped out, it is in the hands of the carrier and we recommend that you track your shipment with their online tracking tool. If an issue arise with your package delivery, we are always happy to help, but we highly recommend that you contact the post carrier for detailed information regarding your package.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any errors made by the post carrier and you must file a case through them for resolution. We are also not responsible for any custom-imposed charges, so please check your package status frequently to see if any duties are to be paid.
For orders that are returned to us due to failed delivery, wrong addresses, unpaid-duties, or other reasons, we will notify you and re-ship the order out to you with an additional shipping fee or if you wish to have the order cancelled instead, we will charge a cancellation fee of $10 CAD.
You may cancel your order for a refund within 12 hours of placing your order. However, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation or order editing once the order is placed. Once the order has been packed, we will charge a cancellation fee of $10 CAD and refund you in your original form of payment.
We cannot cancel, edit, or make any changes to orders that have been shipped.
We know not everything will work out when you shop online, so we are happy to help you in case you would like to return your order.
For all returns, you must ship new, unworn, unwashed garments with all tags attached in its original packaging back to us. We will not accept any returns that doesn't fit the above-stated criteria. No exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to ship the item back to you and deny any further transactions/requests for that order.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of product delivery (as per your package tracking status) by sending us an email through the contact form with the subject: "Return + Order #" (please tell us why you're returning so we can improve)!
Once the return process has been initiated, we will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. We will refund you in your original form of payment once we receive and inspect your item(s).
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returns initiated after the 14-day grace period, and they will be refunded in store credit instead of in the original form of payment. We will only accept return and refund requests up to 30 days after receiving your product.
Please note that returns that are registered separately (different orders) cannot be returned as one! If you are to return items from multiple orders, please ship them out individually with their respective shipping labels.
We do not have an exchange policy; please make a return if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
